These little hearts are very easy to make. All you need is yarn, fabric stiffener (purchased or homemade) , and a silicon heart mold (you can also use a cookie cutter or freehand it).
Cut yarn into around 12-14 inch pieces.
Dip in fabric stiffener and wring out by sliding 2 fingers down the length of the yarn.
Twirl into the heart mold.
Let dry until stiff (it took around 24 hours for mine to dry).
Fun and cute!
Hope you're having a lovely weekend.

Very creative! We just got some really cute Valentine's day placemats... these hearts would make a great addition to our condo!

ReplyDeleteLooks great! It's funny, I just barely got finished making some of these using cornstarch and water and it was a huge mess- yikes! I bet fabric stiffener was a bit less messy.
