The Secret to Moist, Rich, Low Fat Chocolate Cupcakes...


And no, you don't taste them at all.  It's all just chocolatey, rich goodness with less sugar and oil than traditional recipes.  I made these for Smarty Pants party for that fact alone-- no one wants to bring home a kid loaded up with lots of processed sugar!  Here's the recipe that I used. I tripled it to make a dozen regular-sized cupcakes.  I used Nutella for frosting, but powdered sugar would work too.
